Shipment of all pool tables and shuffleboard tables will be handled by a local Prime Pool Tables USA Installation Partner, which includes on-site delivery and installation in the room of your choice along with debris removal.

Shipping of Pool Tables and Shuffleboard Tables:

If you live within 50 miles of your closest participating Prime Pool Tables USA authorized dealer:

• Professional delivery and installation by an installation team from a Prime Pool Tables USA Installation Partner is $899 for all pool tables and $1,099 for all shuffleboard tables on the Prime Pool Tables website.
  

Shipping for Accessories, Cue Racks, Furniture, Air Hockey, Putting Greens and Foosball:

• Any Prime Pool Tables USA product that can be shipped via UPS and is NOT purchased in conjunction with an item that requires professional delivery and installation will be shipped directly to your home or business via UPS and will be charged UPS applicable rates.
• If any accessory is purchased along with a pool table or shuffleboard and the accessory does NOT require professional delivery and installation, delivery of the accessory is complimentary.
• Prime Pool Tables USA Installation Partners do not install or hang Dartboard Cabinets or Wall Racks.
• If a Cue Rack or Dartboard Cabinet is purchased with product that does NOT require professional delivery and installation the rack will be shipped via UPS and a $125 delivery charge will apply.
• If the items below are NOT purchased in conjunction with an item that requires professional delivery and installation, it will be shipped directly to your home or business via AIT Worldwide Logistics. They will call prior to "threshold" delivery and some assembly will be required by customer. The freight fees are:
• Foosball Table, Air-Hockey Table, Putting Green, Dining Top,  Conversion Top or Table Tennis - $275
• Poker Table and 4 Chairs - $599
• Poker Table Only - $300
• Pub Table and 2 Backless Pub Table Chairs - $250
• Traditional and Centennial Player's Chair - $175

For orders that do not require professional delivery and installation and that can be shipped UPS or AIT:

For in-stock items, we will ship your order within 5 - 10 business days from time of placing your order.

For billiard tables and shuffleboard tables that require professional delivery and installation:

• In most cases, your table can be delivered to you within 4-6 weeks of placing your order. Should additional time be required for final delivery and installation, Prime Pool Tables or a representative from your local Prime Pool Tables USA authorized dealer will provide notice to you. Prime Pool Tables USA partners with only the best specialty billiards retailers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• A representative from your local Prime Pool Tables USA authorized installation partner will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery day and time after they have received your product. On the agreed delivery day, the installation partner will deliver the product to your home and set up the product to your satisfaction in the room of your choice. The dealer will also remove all debris from your home.

After your products are installed, you will be asked by the Prime Pool Tables USA Installation Partner to sign a "Delivery & Installation Confirmation Form". This verifies that the Prime Pool Tables USA Installation Partner has delivered and installed your products to your satisfaction and completes the order process.

Due to liability issues, your Prime Pool Tables USA Installation Partner may deliver but will not install a Wall Cue Rack or Dart Board Cabinet.

After your order has been processed, a 20% cancellation fee will apply in addition to any crating charges incurred, if any. To cancel an order, please submit your written cancellation request to [email protected].

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased from Prime Pool Tables USA, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund. Items delivered via UPS or via Professional Delivery & Installation can be returned to Prime Pool Tables USA at the buyer's expense. A 20% restocking fee will apply to each return. Each returned item must be received in new, saleable condition and in its original, new, saleable packaging.

The applicable sales tax will be added to any purchase on www.primepooltablesusa.com. The sales tax amount is based on the applicable sales tax rates for the closest local authorized Prime Pool Tables dealer's address. Because Prime Pool Tables USA does business throughout the United States and collects and remits sales tax as required by law, www.primepooltablesusa.com also collects and remits sales tax as appropriate.
