Unless expressly stated otherwise herein, this Warranty Agreement ("Warranty") is non-transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser of the Product (Owner) from Prime Pool Tables or an Authorized Prime Pool Tables Dealer. This warranty becomes null and void if the Product is not installed and serviced by Prime Pool Tables or an Authorized Prime Pool Tables Dealer.

Prime Pool Tables USA ("Prime Pool Tables") hereby warrants that its billiards tables will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Cloth and pockets are not covered by this Lifetime Warranty. This Lifetime Warranty is void if the Product is not installed and serviced by Prime Pool Tables or an Authorized Prime Pool Tables Dealer. Outdoor billiard tables do not include a lifetime warranty.

Prime Pool Tables warrants its Outdoor Billiard Tables against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Prime Pool Tables USA outdoor pool tables are manufactured and rated for outdoor use under typical conditions. Severe weather environments, extreme heat and cold, and exposure to salt air are not ideal. We recommend always covering your outdoor pool table with a UV-resistant table cover when not in use.

We advise setting up your outdoor pool table in a protected and covered area out of direct contact with rain or sun to ensure the lifespan of this product.

When leveling your slate, consider if extreme heat conditions are possible. Some environments may experience high-temperature weather that can melt beeswax. Beeswax melts at 140° F. We suggest using 1544 G Blue Inlay Wax or Durham's Rock Hard DU-1 1 lbs. Water Putty for installing this product in locations with a high heat index.

Once Prime Pool Tables pockets, drop or gully, are installed on the table, and found to be free from manufacturer defects, they no longer carry a warranty. Prime Pool Tables USA Service, in its sole discretion, will either repair or replace any parts proven to be a manufacturer defect.

Prime Pool Tables cushions are covered under the lifetime warranty on billiard tables manufactured after Jan 1998. Replacement must take place through an Authorized Prime Pool Tables dealer and the cost of installation is not covered; it is the responsibility of the owner.

Once Prime Pool Tables cloth is installed on the table, and found to be free from manufacturer defects, any damage to the cloth is determined to be normal wear and tear to the cloth. Friction marks on the cloth occur naturally over time with regular play and are therefore not covered by the terms of this Warranty. Prime Pool Tables warrants its Prime Pool Tables Centennial® Cloth for one (1) year from the date of purchase and guarantees that it shall maintain reasonable stain resistance. A stain is considered unreasonable if the liquid includes any traces of grease or if it is left on the cloth 20 minutes or longer. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser (Owner) of the product purchased directly from Prime Pool Tables or an Authorized Prime Pool Tables Dealer.

Prime Pool Tables warrants its shuffleboard playfields against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the table. Prime Pool Tables warrants shuffleboard cabinets against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser (Owner) of the product purchased directly from Prime Pool Tables or an Authorized Prime Pool Tables Dealer.

Prime Pool Tables warrants its Prime Pool Tables shuffleboard lights and shuffleboard scorers against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty is nontransferable and only applies to the initial purchaser (Owner) of the product purchased directly from Prime Pool Tables or an Authorized Prime Pool Tables Dealer.

Prime Pool Tables warrants its game room furniture and putting greens against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year after the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser (Owner) of the product purchased directly from Prime Pool Tables or an Authorized Prime Pool Tables Dealer.

Prime Pool Tables warrants its Table Tennis Game Tables and its Table Tennis Conversion Top against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser (Owner) of the product purchased directly from Prime Pool Tables or an Authorized Prime Pool Tables Dealer.

Prime Pool Tables warrants its Outdoor Table Tennis Game Tables against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Prime Pool Tables USA outdoor table tennis tables are manufactured and rated for outdoor use under typical conditions. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser (Owner) of the product purchased directly from Prime Pool Tables or an Authorized Prime Pool Tables Dealer.

Prime Pool Tables warrants that Air Hockey® tables and foosball tables will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is nontransferable and only applies to the initial purchaser (Owner) of the product purchased directly from Prime Pool Tables or an Authorized Prime Pool Tables Dealer.

Prime Pool Tables warrants that Prime Pool Tables Centennial™ and Heritage™ billiards balls will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser (Owner) of the product purchased directly from Prime Pool Tables or an Authorized Prime Pool Tables Dealer.

BRUNSWICK AGREES to (at its discretion) repair, replace, or refund the cost of any parts determined by Prime Pool Tables to be defective, either in material or workmanship, with no charge to the Owner. Prime Pool Tables is not required to and will not replace the entire table, piece of furniture or product. To request warranty service under the terms of this Warranty, the Owner must contact an authorized Prime Pool Tables USA dealer. To obtain the name of the authorized Prime Pool Tables USA dealer nearest you, please access our dealer directory online at www.primepooltablesusa.com. This Warranty is subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below. In no case shall Prime Pool Tables be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages for breach of the Warranty or any implied Warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO: : (a) normal wear and tear; (b) yellowing and chipping of billiard balls; (c) defects or damage due to flood, accident, alteration, abuse, misuse, dropping, natural disaster, neglect, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance; (d) demonstration tables, furniture or product, floor samples (unless proven structurally defective, the definition of which does not include nicks, dents, scratches, gouges and flaws resulting from daily wear and tear due to being a floor sample or resulting from disassembly and reassembly of the floor sample), pre-owned products (other than as expressly set forth herein) and noncommercial tables used in an institutional or commercial setting; (e) tables, furniture, product, and/or components that have been installed, moved or repaired by parties other than Prime Pool Tables or an authorized Prime Pool Tables dealer or agent; Warranty does not include re-leveling of the table after a successful initial installation. Variations in wood materials are to be expected. Organic variations in grain, color, and texture are naturally occurring properties of wood and do not qualify for a warranty claim. (f) damages exceeding the cost of the table, furniture, or product. Prime Pool Tables makes no warranty, express or implied (including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) other than those expressly set out in this Warranty. Oral or written statements made by Prime Pool Tables dealers, distributors, agents, or sales representatives that are inconsistent with this Warranty are not certified by Prime Pool Tables and have no force or effect. No action arising out of any claimed breach of warranty may be brought more than one (1) year after the cause of action has accrued.
